SCHEDULE FOR OUR WEB PRODUCT COORDINATOR:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available.
YOUR ROLE AS A WEB PRODUCT COORDINATOR:
As our Web Product Coordinator, you'll be at the center of keeping everything running accurately and efficiently, updating and maintaining our benefits web portal so every group has precise, compliant information at their fingertips. Your day may include configuring benefit plans, reviewing ID cards for quality assurance, coordinating their distribution, and resolving access issues for employees, brokers, and providers. You'll troubleshoot challenges, collaborate across departments, and ensure our systems deliver a seamless experience, making you a key driver of both accuracy and customer satisfaction.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
  • High school diploma
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information

Preferred qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in self-funded insurance, proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems, and a solid understanding of benefit plan structures, networks, and eligibility processes. We're looking for someone adaptable, independent, and collaborative.
