Job description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support its Digital Marketing & Promotions team by coordinating digital marketing projects, managing timelines, organizing marketing assets, and assisting with campaign execution across multiple channels. This role is ideal for an organized marketing professional who enjoys keeping projects moving while partnering with creative, CRM, retailer marketing, and cross-functional teams.


You Will:

• Coordinate digital marketing projects across email, SMS, push notifications, retailer marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and other digital marketing programs.

• Manage project timelines, workflows, approvals, stakeholder communications, and project status within Monday.com.

• Partner closely with the Director of Digital Marketing & Promotions to communicate project status, identify risks or roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward.

• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, CRM, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently from kickoff through launch.

• Support retailer marketing programs by coordinating requirements, timelines, deliverables, and promotional opportunities.

• Collect, organize, and maintain marketing assets, retailer submissions, campaign documentation, and project files.

• Pull creative assets and campaign details for marketing presentations, recap decks, and internal reporting.

• Proactively follow up with internal teams to obtain missing assets, approvals, content, and project information.

• Support email marketing and CRM teams with campaign execution, content updates, quality assurance, and deployment schedules.

• Manage campaign calendars while balancing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives and competing priorities.

• Participate in project status meetings and communicate timelines, action items, project risks, and next steps.

• Assist with campaign reporting, project tracking, and post-campaign documentation.


You Have:

• 1+ years of professional marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing experience.

• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, CRM, promotional marketing, social media, or other multi-channel initiatives.

• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Workfront, Trello, or Smartsheet.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional marketing, creative, and business teams.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively manage deadlines and follow up on outstanding deliverables.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Experience supporting campaign reporting, presentation development, and marketing asset management is preferred.
