Padel Warehouse is seeking a versatile Marketing & Web Content Coordinator. Help bring our brands to life through engaging marketing campaigns and compelling digital content. This role combines creativity, organization, and collaboration to support marketing initiatives, create customer-focused content, and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.


Purpose of Position:

  • Manage daily tasks that support ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution across various campaigns and projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Buying, Marketing, Graphics, Programming, and Photo/Video to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
  • Craft accurate, helpful, and engaging product descriptions and digital content that reflect brand expertise, maintain a consistent voice, and enhance the customer experience across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Assist in the planning and development of marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all marketing channels, including digital and print.
  • Collaborate on the execution of brand marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Gather and organize vendor assets (e.g., images, copy, product specs) and distribute them to relevant departments for use in marketing materials.
  • Support the facilitation and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple platforms, such as email, web, social media, and print.
  • Work cross-functionally with Buying, Graphics, Programming, and other departments to maintain a marketing calendar, identify key products, and coordinate promotional efforts.
  • Input and format marketing projects into project management software; ensure all details, deadlines, and dependencies are accurately documented.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking tasks, following up with teams, and ensuring timely communication with Graphics and Programming.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead monthly marketing meetings, including preparation of agendas, recaps, and key takeaways.
  • Manage the creation and scheduling of mailers and oversee updates to the homepage or front page content to reflect current marketing priorities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including compiling reports, tracking campaign performance, and supporting general marketing operations.

Web Content

  • Write original product descriptions that clearly and accurately communicate key features and benefits, align with brand voice and content guidelines, and reflect customer needs and expectations.
  • Accurately obtain, research, and document technical product details, including measurements and specifications, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Assist in creating and editing engaging website articles and written content that support the web content strategy, increase traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Support website merchandising by organizing products within category and portal page structures, maintaining accurate listings, updating images, and ensuring an optimal online presentation.
  • Maintain ongoing product information, including categories, images, and display details, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience best practices.
  • Coordinate and source images and graphics for use across the website and digital platforms, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure cohesive visual presentation.
  • Edit written content and contribute constructive feedback during the creation of images, graphics, and videos to maintain content quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Participate in and adhere to workflow processes using platforms such as Asana and Microsoft Teams to manage tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Support the development and maintenance of online tools and customer-facing resources to improve usability and engagement.

Secondary Tasks

  • As assigned, participate in video production tasks for the website, including planning, scripting, and on-camera involvement.
  • Racquet sports reviews, as assigned.
  • As assigned, Support social media strategy execution by moderating comments, managing ambassador partnerships, coordinating posts, contributing creative ideas, and assisting with campaigns and initiatives.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a fast-paced professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, tablets and telephones. This is an inclusive and team-oriented environment, where communication and collaboration are key. The environment is designed to promote both focused work and creative brainstorming. This position may require on-camera assignments which involve recording the employee with photography/videography equipment. The role may require travel via vehicle to off-site shooting locations. The employee may need to test a variety of products such as, but not limited to, shoes and clothing.


Work-related Travel:

The position may require occasional travel to events, meetings, training sessions, or other work locations as part of the employee’s job responsibilities. Travel may occur by car or plane depending on the location, business needs, and schedule.
