Description:

The Website Content Specialist is a results-oriented professional who supports the marketing organization in creating, scheduling, posting, and maintenance of content on RCI.com. This position is hands-on in shaping the online member experience, advancing digital content objectives, project management, performance reporting, and overall contribution to the brands digital footprint.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Create and update content across client's websites, which includes updating banners, articles, microsites, and landing pages.
  • Ensures published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
  • Manages content schedules and inventory allocation process in coordination with marketing campaign stakeholders, resulting in effective planning, tracking, and execution of promotional messaging
  • Works directly with the E-commerce Manager and business teams to employ strategies that increase sales and drive profitability in the online channel.
  • Addresses site issues and errors promptly, with comprehensive follow-up

Requirements:
2 - 4 years of Content Management application experience (HP TeamSite a plus)
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other business related field
Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skillset
2 - 4 years experience managing content for a high traffic website.
Detail oriented and methodically organized
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
