Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze website and eCommerce performance using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key business metrics.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on web analytics KPIs, user engagement, conversion rates, and digital performance.
  • Partner with business, product, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support ongoing web analytics implementation and reporting enhancements.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in Web Analytics or Digital Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics.
  • Strong experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytical insights.
  • Solid understanding of Web Analytics KPIs, website optimization, and eCommerce/product performance metrics.
