Job description

  • Lead and manage warehouse safety and compliance programs across operations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Oversee workplace injury management, incident reporting, and workers’ compensation coordination
  • Develop and enforce PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions and safety awareness programs for employees
  • Manage fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and compliance inspections
  • Oversee CCTV audit processes and support internal investigations when necessary
  • Conduct safety inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Investigate safety violations, incidents, and operational compliance concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to safety records, audits, and compliance reports
  • Partner with warehouse operations teams to continuously improve workplace safety culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
