We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and coordinate logistics to support field crews and seasonal demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Equipment Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory of seasonal inventory, hardware, and accessories.
    • Assist in evaluating preseason inventory and order supplies for the next season.
    • Oversee and plan for incoming shipments, returns, and outgoing equipment for service crews.
    • Implement labeling, storage, and tracking systems to improve efficiency and reduce loss.
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Manage daily warehouse activities including organization, safety, cleanliness, and layout optimization.
    • Coordinate preparation of equipment for installations, removals, and off-season storage.
    • Develop and update warehouse SOPs and seasonal readiness processes.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and schedule warehouse staff and seasonal labor.
    • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Field Service teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Train team members on equipment handling, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Plan and stage loads for daily dispatch to job sites.
    • Assist with fleet and equipment readiness — trailers, forklifts, tools, and vehicles.
    • Support consignment intake, quality control, and equipment inspection processes.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
    • Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and storage areas.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations management (marine or construction industry a plus).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
