Position Summary

The Construction Warehouse Coordinator supports the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day operations of the BR Companies warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment to project sites. This role maintains accurate inventory records and ensures the warehouse operates in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.

ResponsibilitiesConstruction Warehouse Operations Support
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and equipment
  • Process outbound material and equipment requests for project sites
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and labeling systems
  • Support daily warehouse operations under the direction of the Warehouse Manager
Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Track tool and equipment check-out and return
  • Report inventory discrepancies and stock shortages to the Warehouse Manager
Logistics Support
  • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to project sites
  • Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed
  • Maintain delivery logs and shipping/receiving documentation
Safety & Housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
  • Participate in safety training and inspections
  • Report safety hazards and incidents to the Warehouse Manager
Criteria/Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or materials handling experience in construction
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Education

High school diploma required; Associate's degree a plus
