Since 1989, RoviSys has served large and small clients in a variety of industries and built a quality reputation focused on independent solutions and customer satisfaction. 

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to support our industrial new construction E&I team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring the electrical and mechanical contractors have the devices, instrumentation and control valves as requested. 


About the Opportunity 

A successful warehouse manager candidate should possess the following skills, experience, and responsibilities:  

  • Manage daily operations of the warehouse
  • Track and maintain inventory of control devices, instrumentation and control valves and supplies
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing devices. 
  • Organize the warehouse for efficiency and accessibility. 
  • Coordinate with site managers, project management and contractors to ensure job site needs are met and overages/shortages are identified early. 
  • Receive deliveries and verify shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Manage stock levels and prevent shortages.

  • Warehouse management experience is required (3+ years)
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent ability to multitask with the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience ordering and tracking.
  • Instrumentation and control valve knowledge is a plus. 
  • Experience operating a fork lift.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.
  • Able to lift parcels up to 50lbs.
