Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through ourAmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. 5:30AM - Finish each day

Pay Details: Pay starting at $21.50 (hourly) with potential for up to $26.29 (hourly) based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Summary of Role: Supports warehouse operations by enabling accurate receipt, storage, preparation, and shipment of products in line with service and inventory requirements. Coordinates material flow and order execution activities to sustain product availability, shipment readiness, and on-time delivery. Maintains inventory accuracy, operational records, and stock integrity to preserve traceability and reliable warehouse performance. Resolves warehouse exceptions and workflow issues to improve consistency and continuity within the job area.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data with accuracy.

  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.

  • Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.

  • Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Work Experience

  • Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

  • Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.

  • Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.

  • Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.

  • Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.

Nice to have

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
