Warehouse Foreman
North Highlands, CA
$28.00/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Warehouse Foreman on behalf of a growing sheet metal fabrication company in North Highlands. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can keep warehouse operations running efficiently while leading the team with professionalism, accountability, and respect.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring employees, improving processes, and leading by example.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate workflow
  • Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse employees while maintaining accountability
  • Assign work priorities and ensure production schedules are met
  • Monitor safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement as needed
  • Communicate effectively with production and management teams
  • Address employee performance professionally and constructively
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse leadership or foreman experience required
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, or industrial environments is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a respectful, mentoring approach
  • Organized, dependable, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
