Job description

Weโ€™re Hiring: Warehouse Team Member (Event Production)

Springfield / Savannah, GA

At Select Event Group, our warehouse is the backbone of everything we do. Every successful event starts here โ€” with preparation, organization, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Weโ€™re looking for individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take ownership of their work.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Prepare, pull, and stage equipment for upcoming events
  • Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain inventory (tents, flooring, furnishings, equipment)
  • Ensure all equipment leaving the warehouse is event-ready
  • Support organization and cleanliness of the warehouse at all times
  • Work closely with crew leads and operations to ensure smooth execution

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Reliable and consistent โ€” you show up ready to work
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, moving equipment, working on your feet)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to move with urgency while maintaining quality

What This Role Requires:

This is a hands-on role in a working warehouse environment. It includes:

  • Early mornings, long days, and occasional weekends
  • Working in varying weather conditions
  • Physical labor and fast-paced execution

Growth Opportunity:

We promote from within. Team members who show consistency, ownership, and leadership can grow into:

  • Crew Lead roles
  • Driver positions
  • Operations leadership opportunities

Why Join Us:

  • Be part of a team that takes pride in its work
  • Learn a high-demand skill set in the event and production industry
  • Opportunity to grow based on performance, not tenure
