Job description

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Hebron, KY

Job Summary:

The Netrush Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of our products and assist in creating a team environment that embraces inclusivity and fosters positive connections. This role will work closely with Leads, developing their leadership skills, and will also work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure that the building is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and managers

  • Acting as a strategic information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed

  • Mentoring, training, and developing teammates for career progression, performance improvement, and recognition purposes

  • Creating, communicating, and maintaining quality control policies and standard work procedures to associates

  • Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers

  • Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts and determining productivity requirements

  • Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations

  • Partnering with other managers and stakeholders to share best practices across shifts and the network

  • Collaborate with Manager and teams in the warehouse to solve immediate day-to-day operational issues

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership as a trusted adviser

  • Manage multiple priorities in a face-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills

  • Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style

  • Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan

  • Adept at communicating up and down and at pivoting approach depending on the audience's needs

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in WMS and other organizational tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • 3+ years of operations management experience

  • Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret data, and develop, recommend, implement solutions
