Job description

Warehouse Manager
Louisville, KY
Run the Floor. Lead the Team. Own the Operation.
Clark's White Glove Delivery is looking for a high-energy Warehouse Manager to lead our 30,000-square-foot Louisville operation.
This is a busy, fast-moving warehouse supporting 5-7 delivery trucks every day, a high volume of kitchen cabinetry, and the premium furniture and interior design clients Clark's is known for.
We're looking for someone who doesn't want to manage from an office.
We need a leader on the floor.
Someone who knows what's coming in, what's going out, where the team needs help, and what needs to happen next.
If you love organized chaos, take pride in building a great team, and get satisfaction from watching a warehouse run like a machine, this could be your operation.
What You'll Own
As Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily flow of the Louisville warehouse-from the moment product arrives until it's loaded onto a delivery truck.
You'll lead receiving, inspections, inventory organization, outbound preparation, and daily load-out.
Our Louisville operation also handles a significant volume of kitchen cabinetry, where organization and accuracy are critical. A missing cabinet or incorrect piece can impact an entire project, so attention to detail matters.
You'll work closely with our operations and delivery teams to make sure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of our 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
  • Manage and develop the warehouse team.
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, tagging, staging, inventory, and outbound operations.
  • Manage the receiving and organization of high-volume kitchen cabinet projects.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately located and accounted for.
  • Prepare and stage product for 5-7 daily delivery routes.
  • Lead morning load-out and ensure trucks leave accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse.
  • Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect product before it becomes a customer problem.
  • Coordinate with office and delivery leadership to solve problems quickly.
  • Monitor productivity and hold the team accountable to expectations.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve organization, efficiency, and workflow.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous warehouse leadership experience.
  • Experience in furniture, cabinetry, home delivery, distribution, or a similar operation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
  • High energy with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to lead from the floor and work alongside the team when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to hold people accountable while building a positive team culture.
  • Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
Why Clark's?
At Clark's White Glove Delivery, the warehouse is where the customer experience starts.
A great delivery can't happen without a great warehouse behind it.
Our Warehouse Manager has the opportunity to directly impact the performance of the entire Louisville operation-from inventory accuracy and delivery efficiency to team culture and customer satisfaction.
We're growing, we're constantly improving, and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us.
If you're looking for a warehouse where you can simply maintain what's already there, this probably isn't the job for you.
If you want an operation you can take ownership of, improve, and be proud to put your name behind-we want to meet you.
