Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support medical device manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are received, organized, tracked, and available to support daily production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, material movement, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing support. Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems
  • Support material movement throughout the manufacturing facility
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Manage Kanban replenishment and ensure production teams have necessary materials available
  • Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory locations for efficient material flow
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
  • Assist production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with receiving, material movement, and cycle counting
