Warehouse & Inventory Associate

South Charlotte | Monday–Saturday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview Warehouse & Inventory Associate

This role supports daily warehouse operations by handling product flow, maintaining accurate stock levels, and preparing customer orders for distribution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and works with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

What You’ll Do Warehouse & Inventory Associate

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments and ensure product movement is recorded correctly
  • Enter received materials into the inventory system and keep records current
  • Confirm quantities and documentation for all product entering or leaving the facility
  • Check incoming items for damage and report issues as needed
  • Pick, stage, and prepare products to match order requirements
  • Apply correct identification labels and place items in designated storage locations
  • Locate and manage various inventory items and warehouse supplies
  • Load and unload trucks and vendor deliveries
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with routine inventory audits
  • Use forklifts and material-handling tools such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets safety and company standards
