WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Lubbock, TX

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Snelling is recruiting a Warehouse & Inventory Associate for a well-established Lubbock company. We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded candidate with experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, pallet jacks, inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, or general warehouse work.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping inventory accurate and organized, and is comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and with basic computer systems.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, day-shift opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, move, organize, and stage warehouse materials and products
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and inventory accuracy
  • Enter and update inventory information using basic computer systems
  • Pull, prepare, and stage materials or orders as needed
  • Verify quantities and inspect incoming materials for accuracy
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
  • Perform routine material handling and heavy lifting
  • Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory duties as assigned
  • Follow company safety procedures and established warehouse processes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, material handling, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred
  • Experience operating a pallet jack
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavier materials throughout the workday
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
  • Valid, clear driver’s license required
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures

PAY & SCHEDULE

$18.00/hr

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Full-time day shift with a consistent weekday schedule.
