We're seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join a rapidly growing team supporting state-of-the-art data center operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your work directly supports the deployment of cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Safely receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials to technicians and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, returns (RMAs), and inventory replenishment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
  • Utilize inventory systems and barcode scanners to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and organization.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or logistics environment.
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the day.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
