Warehouse Inventory Associate Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently working with a well known distribution facility who is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to join their team. The Warehouse Inventory Associate will ensure the handling, storage, and tracking of product and equipment within the warehouse by receiving, storing, organizing, and picking product for orders. The ideal Warehouse Inventory Associate has multiple years of experience in a warehouse environment dealing with inventory management, shipping, and receiving while ensuring quality control of product is maintained with accurate inventory counts.  The Warehouse Inventory Associate position is a full-time, temp to hire position in Penfield, NY.


Warehouse Inventory Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive & Review Incoming & Outgoing Inventory For Accurate Counts & Quality Control
  • Conduct Warehouse Inventory Counts 
  • Pull Product For Shipment For Sales Orders & Document Any Damage or Inconsistent Product 
  • Move Aged Inventory From Stock & Update Inventory Counts in The Computer System 
  • Utilize NetSuite For Inventory Tracking 
  • Follow All ISO Standards 
  • Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines 


Warehouse Inventory Associate Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 
  • 1+ Years of Warehouse Inventory Experience Preferred 
  • NetSuite Experience is a Plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office & Excel is a Plus 
  • Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills 
  • Ensure Quality Control is Followed 
  • Must be Able to Lift up to 75lbs
