The Maintenance II technician plays a vital role as part of a small maintenance team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. This position involves hands-on work on all facility maintenance projects, ensuring smooth and safe operations through timely repairs and upkeep of equipment and tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Maintain safety compliance during all maintenance activities
- Keep tools and equipment in proper working condition
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety compliance standards
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
