Join our team as an Office Administrator! This role supports daily office operations, accounting, customer service, HR, safety, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Enter and maintain data using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Manage office records, files, supplies, and inventory
- Assist with new hire paperwork, HR administration, and safety programs
- Coordinate work orders, service requests, and customer follow-up
- Support purchasing, operations, and general office activities
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
