Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team. This role involves handling inventory, shipping/receiving, and basic invoicing support in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, label, and organize inventory
  • Pick and pull materials for production orders
  • Pack, load, and prepare products for shipment
  • Track and document inventory and shipments
  • Return and restock materials from production
  • Assist with invoicing and order processing
  • Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues
  • Support general administrative and warehouse tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
