Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
Job Summary
The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and IT asset tracking in support of IT services and construction projects. This role ensures materials and equipment are accurately received, stored, shipped, deployed, and returned while supporting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, organize, track, and maintain inventory for IT equipment and project materials.
  • Perform inventory counts, audits, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and stage materials for installations and deliver materials to jobsites as needed.
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, freight, Bills of Lading, and shipment tracking.
  • Manage IT asset issuance, retrieval, and lifecycle records.
  • Coordinate vendor returns (RMAs), damaged shipments, and replacement orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and accurate inventory records.
  • Partner with project managers, vendors, and field technicians to ensure materials are available on schedule.
  • Generate inventory reports and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related operations.
  • Experience in IT, construction, or project-based environments preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack.
