Inventory Clerk
About the Role
Dandy is looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The person will support our team by completing daily inventory, shipping, and receiving operations based in Utah. In this role, you'll ensure that materials are shipped and received, the production floor is stocked, and cycle counts and material transfers to other sites are completed in a timely manner according to policy.
Shift: M-F 7 am -3 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Receive materials physically and systematically, completing required system transactions
  • Pick and stage materials accurately for live production to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform daily cycle counts, investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies
  • Manage inventory in NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
  • Maintain accurate on-hand records
  • Support fulfillment operations by fulfilling and prepping material transfer orders to other Dandy manufacturing locations
  • Fulfilling and shipping scan body cases daily

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management, receiving, distribution, production, or fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or order tracking systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with pallet jacks and a forklift
  • Ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours per day

Bonus Points For:
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Combined experience in inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, or production
  • Experience with RF-Smart scanners
  • Familiarity with the dental industry
