The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry's best products and services for DISH.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep Inventory Accurate Own inventory accuracy across the warehouse and technician vans by completing counts, tracking usage, and fixing any issues
  • Manage Inventory Flow Handle all incoming and outgoing inventory, including receiving shipments, stocking items, and preparing equipment for technicians and other locations
  • Support Technicians in the Field Make sure technicians have what they need to do their jobs by managing van inventory and helping with equipment and materials
  • Keep the Warehouse Organized and Safe Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace so the team can work efficiently and find what they need quickly
  • Use Systems to Keep Everything on Track Use tools like OFS and IMS to track inventory, fix errors, and keep records accurate and up to date

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment, with a driving record that meets DISH safety standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification as required)
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team operations

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
