Job description

This is primarily a warehouse operations role with administrative and customer service responsibilities. The Warehouse Administrator supports daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, customer order processing, and branch activities. While the role includes computer and customer-facing tasks, the primary focus is on supporting warehouse functions and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
  • Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Create, enter, and process customer orders using company computer systems.
  • Receive customer orders in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and branch documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support branch operations as needed.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Administrative and customer service experience required.
  • Inventory and cycle count experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
