About the Role

We're looking for a Shopper Insights Client Lead to join our Walmart team in Bentonville. In this client-facing role, you'll become a trusted advisor to Walmart merchants and leading CPG partners, helping them use customer insights to make better, customer-led decisions.

You will be a trusted advisor for our retail and CPG clients, working side-by-side with them to ensure their success. Using customer insights derived from our data platform, you will own and develop a client plan that delivers recognizable value, client satisfaction and return on investment. You will work with Walmart Merchants and their market-leading CPG partners to help them use Walmart customer insights to place the customer at the heart of their collaborative decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll combine customer insight, commercial understanding and relationship management to help clients unlock growth opportunities and place the customer at the heart of decision-making.

  • Building trusted relationships with Walmart merchants and CPG partners.
  • Developing and delivering client plans that create clear commercial value and client satisfaction.
  • Translating customer insight into practical recommendations across assortment, category management and shopper strategy.
  • Managing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrating the value of dunnhumby's customer data and insight capabilities through a consultative approach.

  • Mobility to be based in Bentonville
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant subject
  • Relevant experience with CPG, Merchants or Retailers
  • Client facing or stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of customer insights and consultative approach to selling
  • Experience with the SHOP/Shelf Review, Category management: assortment analytics, customer insight analytics
  • Project Management experience
