We're looking for a
General Manager, Amazon Business, to take full ownership of our Amazon business across the Americas. This is a role responsible for strategy, execution, and performance-with direct impact on revenue, profitability, and long-term value creation.

What You'll Own:- Full P&L responsibility for Amazon (U.S. & Canada)
- End-to-end Amazon strategy (assortment, pricing, 1P vs. 3P, marketplace dynamics)
- Executive-level partnerships and Joint Business Planning with Amazon
- Demand and digital shelf performance (traffic, conversion, retail media)
- Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
What You Bring:- 7+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience
- Proven ownership of a significant eCommerce or retail P&L
- Deep expertise in the Amazon ecosystem (1P, 3P, retail media, marketplace dynamics)
- Strong track record of executive-level negotiations and stakeholder influence
- Experience driving transformational growth in complex, fast-moving environments
