As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing consideration, acquisition, and adoption of Amazon Business within Enterprise accounts.

You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to concept and deliver integrated marketing programs including demand generation campaigns, executive events, and other field marketing campaigns such as tradeshows, content and sales enablement. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Sales and Marketing at Amazon Business and pan-Amazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in field marketing and integrated marketing campaign leadership.

Field marketing includes annual strategic planning, event management, webinar creation, and executive engagement programs. Candidate should be capable of being strategic and tactical. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution.

Key job responsibilities
Develop the marketing strategy to reach and engage C-suite and decision makers, across enterprise accounts, through bespoke, 1-to-1, and 1-to-few Account Based Marketing campaigns and initiatives
Collaboratively create Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, Executive Dinners
Own planning and execution of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships across client, trade and association publications, etc.
Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external media agencies and partners
Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
A day in the life
The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams

They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities, and work hand-in-hand with extended marketing teams such as digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities. They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing, driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales, and reporting back campaign impact.
