We are looking for an Executive Protection Manager (Individual Contributor) to join a team of security professionals who are responsible for broad range of active and passive mitigation measures. Our ideal candidate will have extensive work experience in law enforcement, discretion in handling confidential and critical information, and the interpersonal skills needed to navigate, grow and optimize efforts in a high-tech, fast pace, physical environment. Key job responsibilities
• Develop and implement complete security and logistical plans for domestic and international travel and appearances by senior executives and others.
• Make critical decisions, without management consultation or approval, regarding the expeditious and safe resolution of such situations, directing others, including non-employees, and interfacing with law enforcement.
• Analyze data from database and evaluate for severity and nature of risk to senior executives and others. Develop and implement appropriate security response to address risk.
• Conduct complex advance protective services planning, risk assessments and analysis, and liaise with business units to ensure confidentiality, access control, asset protection, and other security matters are adequately addressed.
• Coordinate security/logistical planning with other senior executive support staff, security personnel of other organizations, event planners, and law enforcement personnel, etc.
• Monitor security systems and supervise response to alarm conditions.
• Develop and implement crisis management plans for the senior executives and others.
• Develop and implement training for senior executives, senior executive support personnel and Protective Services Specialists.
• Hire and manage consultants as necessary.
• Interview, hire and supervise Protective Services Specialists.

Success requires flexibility and rapid high-level decision making without disrupting operations. The team arrives first and often departs last, embodying a service first philosophy where no task is too large or small. This demanding role balances proactive planning with real-time adaptability, ensuring seamless protection while maintaining operational continuity. Team members must anticipate needs, respond decisively to emerging situations, and deliver comprehensive security coverage throughout extended workdays.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of security, law enforcement, or intelligence role experience
- Work on call 24/7
- Experience and certification in teaching first-aid, CPR and AED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent
- Completion of Executive Protection Training Course

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
