Dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Client Lead who expects more from their career to join our Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. You will be a trusted advisor for our retail and CPG clients, working side-by-side with them to ensure their success. Using customer insights derived from our data platform, you will own and develop a client plan that delivers recognizable value, client satisfaction and return on investment. You will work with Walmart Merchants andtheirmarket-leading CPGpartnersto help them useWalmart customer insightsto place the customer at the heart of theircollaborativedecision-making.

What we expect from you

  • Mobility to be based in Bentonville
  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant subject
  • 3-4 years relevant CPG, Merchants or Retail experience
  • Client facing or stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of customer insights and consultative approach to selling
  • Experience with the SHOP/Shelf Review, Category management: assortment analytics, customer insight analytics
  • Project management experience
