  • One year clerical experience and six months  healthcare experience are required.  Prefer medical office, insurance, hospital or computer experience. Keyboard skills accurate 30 wpm.  Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.

  • High School Education or equivalent. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.
