Role Overview

The Head of WPM Solutions is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and leading an integrated Workplace Management (WPM) solutioning model across JLL. This role is central to advancing the One JLL approach-bringing together Engineering, Sustainability, Smart Buildings, Occupancy Planning, and Workplace Experience into cohesive, differentiated solutions within Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).


The role provides strategic oversight and subject matter leadership across these disciplines, ensuring they are seamlessly embedded into IFM sales pursuits, solution design, and client delivery models where applicable. This leader partners closely with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams and is highly effective in executive-level, client-facing environments.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Integrated Solutioning
  • Define and execute an integrated WPM solutioning framework that aligns core workplace capabilities into a differentiated IFM value proposition.
  • Champion a One JLL mindset by driving cross-functional collaboration across service lines, regions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Shape and elevate JLL's workplace positioning in the market through strategic insight and vision.
Technical & Subject Matter Leadership
  • Act as the senior technical subject matter expert across WPM services, including engineering, critical environments, sustainability, smart buildings, energy engineering, occupancy planning, and workplace experience.
  • Embed best-in-class technical and workplace practices into the sales and solutioning lifecycle.
  • Serve as a strategic connector across sales, solutions, and delivery teams to drive alignment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Sales, Solutions & Client Engagement
  • Support new business pursuits and portfolio expansions with integrated workplace expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions leadership on IFM bids, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Lead or support executive-level client engagements, technical sales pitches, and solution presentations.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, including technical content, staffing models, pricing inputs, and example deliverables.
  • Participate in pursuit debriefs to assess solution effectiveness, win themes, and lifecycle performance.
Value Creation & Enablement
  • Develop and lead bundled workplace offerings that deliver measurable client value.
  • Enable innovation through tailored solutions that address complex client challenges and evolving workplace needs.
  • Improve speed-to-market and responsiveness for solution content, demonstrations, and proposal support.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Solutions teams to develop tools, guidelines, and templates that enhance seller effectiveness and win rates.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and influence teams across sales, solutions, operations, and specialty services.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to divisional and regional leadership on workplace strategy, solution design, and technical positioning.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned to enterprise priorities.
Travel Requirement
  • Up to 50% travel may be required.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering operations, IFM service delivery, technical services, and/or workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in IFM solution development and technical sales support.
  • Strong understanding of IFM solutioning processes, including pursuit, win, and transition phases.
  • Proven experience supporting and leading sales presentations as a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong capability to articulate value propositions aligned to client business objectives.
  • Proven people leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead across multiple service lines.
  • Other assignments as required.

Estimated compensation for this position:

170,100.00 - 227,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
