Schedule:Monday โ€“ Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration:Temp 3-6 months

Job Description:Provides accurate, prompt and courteous service to all Health Plan members and providers in a fast-paced call center environment.

  • Ensure office procedures are followed
  • Document and update records
  • Make outbound calls to patients and members

Requirements:

  • Must have 6 months experience working in a call center environment OR 6 months of medical experience
  • Great Data Entry
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity
