Job description

xR Engineer (VR / MR / XR Simulation) Location: Client (Onsite - Marysville, OH) Role Summary We are seeking an xR Engineer to support product development teams by preparing, running, and maintaining VR/MR/XR simulations used for design maturation and certification activities. This role requires hands-on experience with VR software, hardware, and immersive lab environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily xR/VR/MR simulation requests, including setup, execution, and script generation
  • Support design reviews and simulation events for engineering teams
  • Maintain xR system readiness (hardware & software)
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, system schematics, and knowledge guides
  • Assist with VR hardware/software research, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related technical field
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience (xR / VR software and systems)
  • Working knowledge of Python is a plus
Preferred Skills & Tools
  • VR software: VRED, IC.IDO
