This individual will be responsible for delivering high-impact insights to the Firm’s senior leadership, advancing the Firm’s innovative relationship mapping efforts and driving continuous improvement in the breadth, depth and speed of the team’s research capabilities and relationship insights.* Leading preparation of executive briefing materials across a wide variety of contexts relevant to the business* Managing strategic relationship intelligence data across CRM, LinkedIn and other proprietary tools and leveraging this data to surface actionable insights in briefing materials* Partnering with teams across the Firm to leverage relationship intelligence for their workflows* Leading the development of innovative tools to increase the breadth, depth and speed of the team’s research capabilities and ability to map and surface non-obvious relationship insights* Managing a team of research analysts, overseeing task allocation, prioritization and deliverable quality* Driving initiatives to integrate relationship intelligence into workflows throughout the Firm* Maintaining a robust library of process documentation including checklists, style guides and other reference tools* Driving efforts to maintain high-quality data across CRM and other databases**Candidate Requirements***Qualifications & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required, preferably in business, journalism or the humanities* 7+ years of work experience; financial services industry preferred* Robust track record of delivering high-quality deliverables to an executive audience* Experience managing a small team as a player-coach with a growth-oriented mindset* Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI) and Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)* Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputs* Strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Dynamics CRM preferred), LinkedIn and professional social networks, data stewardship best practices and relationship intelligence concepts* Extreme attention to detail* Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time and priorities effectively under pressure and meet deadlines* Strong communication and analytical skills* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional partnerships* Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative Gold Standard hybrid work culture **Critical Competencies for Success****Our Gold Standards** define key behaviors and competencies across 4 dimensions: Leadership, Achieving Results, Personal Effectiveness and Thinking Critically. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
