UX Research Coordinator

Primary Skills: UX Research Operations (Intermediate), Scheduling (Advanced), Participant Incentive (Advanced), Recruiting (Advanced) Contract Type: W2/C2C only Duration: 9+ Months Contract Location: San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UX Research Coordinator to support research operations and ensure smooth execution of user research activities. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing participant logistics, tracking key metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the research lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align on goals with stakeholders, create timelines, and manage dependencies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including schedules, onboarding processes, daily/weekly reports, close-out documentation, and dashboards.
  • Respond to participant feedback via internal tools like Buganizer, Guts, and email.
  • Monitor and communicate key metrics: participation, issues logged, requests supported.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Source participants to form panels based on demographics, behaviors, and other key attributes
  • Manage incentives and payments for participants
  • Manage scheduling for research participants with stakeholders and other researchers
