We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management by demonstrating expertise in market analysis and product strategy development. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with client expectations, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills. 
  • Drive product innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance product offerings. 
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic objectives and market opportunities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Experience in Agile best practices
