Job Summary:
The Restaurant Cook at Beckley Hotel, located in Beckley, West Virginia, is responsible for preparing high-quality and delicious dishes for our guests. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, is knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene, and is a team player. This is an individual contributor role within our hospitality/restaurant team at VP Management.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality of all dishes served.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain inventory of food and supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
• Train and mentor new kitchen staff.
• Assist with menu creation and development.
