This portfolio includes fully online programs, hybrid and adult-focused offerings, and continuing education initiatives, each requiring distinct pedagogical, operational, and market strategies. Working collaboratively with academic leadership, faculty, and staff, the AVP ensures programs are mission-driven, academically rigorous, financially sustainable, and responsive to student and workforce needs.Central to this role is the ability to lead effectively within the ongoing tension among four interrelated priorities: academic quality, student success, operational effectiveness, and the achievement of enrollment and net revenue goals.
