  • Direct responsibility for $20M+ in annual revenue or equivalent operational scale.
  • Experience managing multi-state operations, including distributed field teams and regional leadership structures.
  • Strong background in field execution at scale, including scheduling, dispatch, labor planning, routing, and productivity optimization.
  • Demonstrated ownership of fleet or asset-heavy operations, including management of 50+ vehicles/equipment units, utilization, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Proven experience in contract management, including negotiation, execution, subcontractor performance management, and customer-facing agreements.
  • Strong command of safety, compliance, and risk management, including OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, insurance programs, and claims management.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin improvement, and translating financial targets into operational execution.
  • Proven ability to build and scale field leadership teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and organizational design across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated success implementing standardized operating systems, KPIs, and technology-enabled field operations tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Executive leadership experience at the VP, Regional VP, Division President, or COO level.
  • Experience within multi-site construction, insulation, HVAC, home services, or building products organizations, particularly high-growth or PE-backed environments.
  • Background in logistics, fleet-based operations, or last-mile delivery environments (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or contractor networks).
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting systems.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% nationwide, including overnight travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead multi-site field operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent, safe, and profitable execution.
  • Establish and enforce operating standards across all branches to drive consistency and accountability at scale.
  • Own field execution performance including productivity, labor utilization, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, routing, and labor optimization across all field operations.
  • Manage regional field leadership teams, including hiring, development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee fleet, tools, and field assets, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and deployment across locations.
  • Drive safety culture and compliance, including OSHA standards, workers' compensation programs, insurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Own subcontractor and contract execution performance, including onboarding, compliance, and operational accountability.
  • Partner with executive leadership across Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to support growth, margin improvement, and operational execution.
  • Develop and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive visibility, accountability, and performance improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving technology adoption in the field.
