We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Analyst & BI to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies by utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities, providing insights that support strategic decision-making. 
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data governance frameworks and conducting regular audits. 
  • Lead initiatives to improve data management processes, enhance data accessibility and usability for stakeholders. 
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. 
  • Drive the adoption of innovative data solutions by staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically 5-8 years of experience and prior financial services industry experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools. 
  • Developing Oracle SQL, Python, and Perl.
  • Experience with Bert is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data management and governance practices, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
