Provides administrative, clerical and organizational support for Managing Directors within the International and Inflight Dining Operations division.
What you'll do

  • Protect the integrity of confidential information in all matters
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting departmental needs and requests
  • Experience in heavy calendar management
  • Responsible for planning domestic and international flights, hotel accommodations, transportation, and itinerary creation
  • Responds to customer requests and complaints within limits of authority
  • Interacts with corporate clients and community business leaders
  • Compose correspondence, prepare presentations, reports, and other ad-hoc assignments
  • Manage time and attendance for the team, expense reports, invoices, and supply ordering
  • Skilled in reviewing, screening, and prioritizing mail, email, and telephone calls
  • Plan and prepare meetings and events: (logistics, budget, agendas, training material, presentations, catering, etc.) for the MDs and their teams
  • Work closely with the VP Executive Assistant

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years' work experience in a prior administrative role

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
  • Working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Willingness to learn new skills as needed to perform job functions
  • Willingness to cross-train with other administrative team members
  • Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and function as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Known for your emotional intelligence and positive energy
  • Skilled analytics and problem solving
  • Experience with Workbrain, Coupa, Concur, Teams, Distro List creation, NRTA tools
