Leveraging AI-enhanced delivery models and automation-first methodologies, this leader drives time-to-value improvements, margin optimization, and service portfolio expansion across a diverse customer base of nonprofit and social good organizations.Operating as a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support, the Vice President ensures Professional Services functions as a strategic growth asset for Bonterra's commercial motion while translating customer insights into product evolution and service innovation.
