  • Lead complex, cross-functional HRIT projects from scoping through delivery

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and partner team leaders to translate business needs into platform solutions

  • Perform gap assessments, formulate investment proposals, and partner with the GPMO (Global Program Management Office) to develop roadmaps that reflect corporate priorities and resource constraints

  • Lead change management across platform initiatives, including stakeholder alignment and adoption

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 10+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, data architecture, and program delivery

  • Experience managing and developing Workday teams

  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance on platform strategy and tradeoffs

  • Strong understanding of platform governance, data integrity, and change management in a complex, fast-moving global organization

  • Working knowledge of the latest Workday integrations technologies including Orchestrate, Studio, Extend, EIB, and Core Connectors

  • Experience supporting a global HR Shared Services model

  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a track record of delivering in dynamic environments

Bonus Points:
