Volunteer Board Secretary โ€“ Founding Board Member (Nonprofit)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented volunteer to serve as Secretary of our founding Board of Directors.

Our nonprofit's mission is to expand access to housing, recovery resources, and supportive services for veterans, low-income individuals, and people experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

  • Record board meeting minutes
  • Maintain corporate records
  • Help ensure compliance with nonprofit governance requirements
  • Coordinate meeting notices and board documentation
  • Participate in board planning and governance
