Job description

Position : Sr. Voice Engineer Candidates must have CUCM 10.5 experience. .
Duration: 12 months plus
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Description:
Supports the enterprise voice technologies including but not limited to all headquarter office, Operations Center, domestic and international airport, sales office, and contact center voice platforms. Provide consultation and direct technical support in incident, problem and change management processes for all enterprise voice related issues. Liaison to internal and external customers, ensuring enterprise voice-related needs is met. Implement system maintenance/administration, releases, upgrades, and/or changes into the environment. Ensure platform performance and availability meet enterprise objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration, diagnostics and tuning.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and / or training
o 5 years of IT experience including 3 years in a voice discipline
o Cisco Call Manager experience - CUCM 10.5
o Voice or Data Network Operations or Engineering experience
o Cisco Call Manager experience - CUCM and/or UCCE
o Cisco Certifications, CCVP, ITIL Foundations Certifications
o Airline experience a plus
