What does a voice engineer manager do?

A Voice Engineer Manager oversees teams responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's voice communication systems, such as VoIP and telephony. They ensure the reliability and security of voice networks, manage projects, and coordinate with other departments to meet business communication needs. Additionally, they may handle vendor relationships, budget planning, and the adoption of new technologies to improve communication infrastructure.
