NAVA Software is looking for a Voice Engineer
Details:
Voice Engineer
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Skills: IPC, voice communication, Hoot, Holler, VoIP
Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IPC engineering and voice communication systems.
  • Proficiency in managing carrier services, Hoot and Holler systems, and voice recording technologies.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, RTP, and related technologies.
  • Experience with product life cycle management, patching processes, and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex voice communication issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy voice communication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and other telephony solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain voice systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Utilize IPC engineering experience to manage and optimize voice communication platforms.
  • Oversee relationships with carriers, manage Hoot and Holler services, and ensure efficient voice recording solutions.
  • Coordinate the development, deployment, and decommissioning of voice-related products, ensuring timely updates and adherence to version control protocols.
