WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Support the development, delivery, and ongoing operations of Voice of the Customer (VOC) reporting, dashboards, and data products. This role focuses on creating accurate, timely, and user-friendly reporting that enables visibility into customer experience, product quality, and operational performance, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. 
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

VOC Reporting & Dashboard Support

  • Support development and enhancement of VOC dashboards across customer care, product quality, and dealer performance.
  • Assist in maintaining KPI definitions and reporting frameworks.

Dashboard Development & Data Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Support automated reporting and recurring reports.

Data Visualization & Insights

  • Translate VOC and operational data into clear visualizations.
  • Support executive-ready reporting materials and summaries.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Perform data validation, quality checks, testing, and verification of reporting outputs.

VOC Data Integration Support

  • Assist in integrating survey, call center, case, and goodwill data.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams.

Reporting & Decision Support

  • Support reporting cycles and stakeholder requests for data and analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Care, Quality, Warranty, and Dealer teams.
  • Gather requirements and align reporting outputs.

Team Leadership

  • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and best practices.
  • Share knowledge and support onboarding.
  • Apply reporting standards and methodologies.
  • Guide junior analysts, support projects, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
  • Master's degree a plus (Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.).
  • Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Experience in automotive, customer care, VOC, or product quality analytics strongly preferred.
  • Experience with survey/VOC data, warranty data, or dealer performance analytics highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
  • Basic to intermediate Python or analytics tooling preferred.
  • Familiarity with data preparation tools (Alteryx, MS Fabric, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to transform data into clear visual insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $75,400 - $104,000
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
