Are you a visionary leader with a strong design sensibility, proven experience in scaling creative teams, and a passion for elevating user experiences? If so, you will want to join our dynamic User Experience Design organization at Nutanix, where you'll have the opportunity to define the visual aesthetic of our product portfolio and inspire a talented team to transform complex technical concepts into beautifully intuitive digital experiences.
About the Team
You will join a talented global design organization at Nutanix, comprising Visual Designers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, and UX Engineers, dedicated to delivering elegant and user-centric solutions for complex technical systems. • Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling creative teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Mastery of UI design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Deep experience in producing and managing enterprise-grade design systems.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse functions and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing or related technical domains is a significant plus.
  • Experience with mentoring and developing designers to succeed in complex environments.
