Responsibilities & Requirements:

We offer a team-oriented environment that is designed to offer the best service in the industry. An ideal candidate would be comfortable answering and making phone calls, assisting walk-in customers and providing quotes from email and phone inquiries. Our material handlers work together, filling and preparing material orders for shipment to our customers, which includes operation of forklifts and metal saws. Our extensive training will prepare you to contribute to our customer service mission in the most safe and efficient manner.

What do you need to be considered?  A commitment to safety, a willingness to learn and a desire to be a part of a great team!

Qualifications

A successful candidates work history could include:

  • comfortable with answering and making calls
  • assisting walk-in customers 
  • providing quotes from email and phone inquiries
  • previous experience in a machine shop or metal distribution (preferred)
  • light machine operation experience (preferred)
  • excellent attendance
  • safe work habits
  • computer and keyboard skill development
  • a record of accurate order fulfillment.
