What You'll Do


As a BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct functional and behavioral assessments
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and developing clinicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
  • Partner with families to support meaningful progress and skill development
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards


Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
