Journeys Autism Center is a center-based ABA service provider located in Mishawaka, IN. The center offers individualized and ongoing programming to promote socially significant skills that increase independence in all areas of development.


Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for implementing ethical and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions following best clinical practices. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing behavior analytic programming, and creating individualized treatment plans for each child on your caseload. Additionally, you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, provide training on ABA principles, and collaborate with the ABA therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the coordination of treatment programs.


Qualifications
