To thrive as a Virtual Technical Trainer, you need deep technical expertise in your subject area, strong instructional design skills, and experience with online teaching, often supported by relevant certifications such as CompTIA CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer. Proficiency in e-learning platforms, webinar tools, and content creation software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is typically required.
