Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish)

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish)

Contract Details: Part-time, remote position

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients in both English and Spanish. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a part-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will have a flexible schedule, with the potential for additional hours during peak times. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat
